A SYSTEMS APPROACH
At Paradigm, our Mission Statement reflects a Systems Approach as opposed to mere compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. This type of approach allows management and workers to proactively recognize,
evaluate and control safety and environmental issues before they become a significant company risk. This encompasses the continuous improvement philosophy used in quality management systems.
Paradigms certified and experienced professionals will develop written programs and training that are tailored site
specifically for each client. We also develop permits (e.g., Title V) and other reports (e.g., Form R) as required by the various EPA standards. We can also get you prepared OSHA VPP, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001!!
Serving both small and large public and private firms, Paradigm has monthly packages that include all turnkey services or we bid individual projects. In either case Paradigm will customize services for the client.
