One of our most valuable services to our clients is EHS training. Our approach is to create an atmosphere that is fun and enjoyable, since this has shown to be an effective method in teaching adults. If you create an environment where workers feel comfortable to discuss issues, ask questions, and even challenge the subject matter, then they almost teach themselves. Our teaching techniques also include those workers who don't read or write well. After setting a comfortable tone in the class they join the discussion and enjoy the learning experience. We use a combination of lecture, discussion, tabletop and hands-on exercises to make the learning experience fun. We teach classes on any EHS topic.
